Forms Overview

     Our office has made several types of forms available for download. The name and an expalnation of each has been provided below. You can download the form by clicking 'Downloads', which can be found on the left-hand side of this page.

          1. Scheduling/Amount to Be Raised

               - Required for the scheduling of the sale of property.

          2. Order Paying Money Into Court/Confirming Sale and Ordering Deed

               - Required for the payment of money into court as a result of the purchase of property at an auction. This form will suffice for any monetary payment made during the six month timeframe following the property's date of purchase. In the event of final payment, this form will also act as an order for preparation of deed. 

**This form is to be used by attorneys and/or individuals who HAVE NOT OBTAINED LEGAL COUNSEL.**

          3. Order Paying Money Into Court/Confirming Sale and Ordering Deed (Simultaneous Closing Only)

               - Required for the complete payment of the balance owed in regards to the purchase of property at auction. This form will act as an order paying money into court, confirming the sale of said property, and ordering the preparation of the deed.
